Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for achieving the quarterly growth and profit targets of the Unit
* Manage a diverse and international team, and spearhead the marketing strategies of the Unit
* Manage the daily operations and strive for the highest efficiency
* Implement strategies to grow the business and achieve bottom-line targets of the Unit
Requirements:
- Degree in any Marketing-related disciplines is essential
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in marketing and operations management
- Ability to adopt a hands-on approach is a must
- Meticulous, with the quest for excellence in quality and work output
- Strong team leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
